About ND Toolkit

I am not a doctor. I am not a therapist. I have not been formally diagnosed with ADHD.

What I am is someone who spent years not understanding why their brain worked the way it did. Why standard productivity systems never stuck. Why time felt slippery in a way other people did not seem to experience. Why I could hyperfocus on something for six hours and then not be able to start a simple task for days.

I started researching. The more I read about ADHD, the more it fit. I am not on an NHS waiting list. I have not gone that route. But I have spent a lot of time building a personal toolkit, testing apps, and looking for UK-specific resources that were not written for people already deep in the clinical system.

I could not find what I was looking for. So I built it.

What this site is

ND Toolkit is a UK content site covering tools, apps, and resources for adults with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and related conditions. Everything is written from a UK perspective, for a UK audience.

The focus is practical. What works. What does not. How much it costs. Whether it is available in the UK. No clinical advice, no diagnosis guidance, just honest reviews and guides from someone who has tested these things on their own brain.

Who this site is for

You do not need a diagnosis to be here. This site is for anyone who recognises themselves in the ADHD experience, whether you are formally diagnosed, on a waiting list, self-identified, or still figuring it out.

If you have found that standard productivity advice does not work for you, you are in the right place.
